UNESA publishes its financial data

Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) publishes its audited annual financial statements and in-year budget figures through its public information portal, PPID. The portal lists audited statements for each year from 2019 through 2025. For 2026, it also shows how much the university allocated, how much it spent, and how much revenue it received from tuition and other educational services. Students, staff, and members of the public can therefore examine both the annual accounts and financial activity during the year.

UNESA public financial reports

UNESA supports public reporting with internal financial monitoring through KIRANA, its financial information platform. Within KIRANA, the SIMPATI dashboard compares revenue targets with receipts and shows expenditure against allocations by funding source and spending category. The RAVASA dashboard adds a monthly view, allowing staff to identify when actual spending diverges from the planned schedule and to review that difference alongside progress toward planned outputs. UNESA also publishes examples of follow-up action. In one expenditure audit, reviewers identified incomplete supporting documents, prompting tighter verification and further guidance for budget managers.

Further evidence

Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) demonstrates a strong institutional commitment to financial transparency and public accountability in accordance with national standards of good governance. This commitment is operationalized through compliance with Law No. 28 of 1999 on Clean and Free State Administration and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Regulation No. 2 of 2020 concerning the submission of State Officials’ Wealth Reports (LHKPN).

All senior university officials, including the Rector, Vice Rectors, Deans, Heads of Units, and Financial Managers, are required to submit their annual asset declarations through the Electronic LHKPN (E-LHKPN) platform managed by the KPK. This mechanism ensures that the university’s leadership upholds ethical conduct and institutional integrity.

In addition, UNESA maintains a public information disclosure system through the Public Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), which regularly publishes financial data, procurement information, and institutional performance reports accessible to the public. The university’s detailed financial data and reports are also available through official documentation channels.
